| Zizzi joins array of restaurants at Intu Derby The Italian restaurant chain, Zizzi, is the most recent operator to open their doors to the 25 million annual visitors at Intu Derby, after signing a 25 year lease agreement with the popular retail destination. The unit, of nearly 3000sq ft, sits within the food quarter alongside other recent arrivals, Joe’s Kitchen and Byron, who FHP were also fundamental in sourcing as part of the evolution of the centre’s leisure offerings. Zizzi’s lease coincides with the vision to change the centre into a leisure destination, aiming to meet the demands of customers who search for a retail experience, including great options for dining, rather than a quick dash to the shops. |
