Signing the lease on Baxter House is a pivotal moment for QTS, in terms of our planned growth and our commitment to Nottingham. The site itself is perfectly located and the property provides us with the space we need to house our equipment and our people, when the time is right for us to fully return to the office environment. Thank you to FHP for making the transition of this deal go smoothly and we look forward to making Baxter House the hub of our operations in England.

We are delighted to have worked with Tim and the landlord to secure this fantastic space in Mansfield to continue our expansion plans. The extra space will allow us to increase our current production capacity significantly, create more jobs and expand the services we currently offer. After the last year which has been unprecedented for most of us and tough on everyone it is welcoming to have a positive milestone to focus on.

The building took much longer than usual to sell, due to Corona Virus lockdowns, with 3 potential purchasers pulling out. Throughout this time, however, Chris Proctor remained totally positive with a substantial number of showings, so that he now knows the building better than anyone. He was also instrumental in keeping momentum going in the final weeks of the selling process when discussions became protracted. Thank you to FHP and to Chris Proctor in particular.

We’re delighted to get this over the line. We are expanding our Nutritional Supplement manufacturing capacity and delighted to do this within Nottingham with the creation of new jobs. We are very grateful to Chris and Tim of FHP for their support and assistance throughout the process.
