FHP Property Consultants were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We used FHP Property Consultants to produce the Land and Building Valuations for all 7 schools within our Academy Trust. Through close liaison with the team we arranged all the site visits to be carried out in the school holidays or on inset days which minimised any disruption to the schools. I really couldn’t believe how quickly Tim sold our warehouses. I thought it would be a really long job but it was quite the opposite and I had a telephone report virtually daily on the progress of the sales. Altogether a fantastic job was done by Tim on what could have been a very tricky process.
