Sian Cawthorne

Having over 12 years worth of property management experience, I have a wide breadth of knowledge in all aspects of commercial property management. Working in this department involves regular problem solving, quick thinking, good communication and team working skills.

My role is extremely varied and no two days are the same. This includes maintaining positive relationships with tenants, the management of service charge budgets and expenditure, credit control, alienation requests and regular property inspections and reporting.

I’ve recently become a mum and love spending time with my family and walking our toy poodle- chihuahua cross at weekends.  I also love to travel and rarely visit the same place twice. I always have a holiday or trip planned and really enjoy exploring new countries, cultures and food.
