Oliver Daniels

I am a member of the Retail and Leisure team at FHP, working in the Birmingham office, operating all across the West Midlands. Alongside work, I am in the process of completing my Real Estate Management (MSc Hons) degree at Birmingham City University.

I deal predominantly with High Street and Shopping Centre units, providing both leasing and sales advice. Key clients include BPG Gracechurch, Canal & River Trust, National Trust, Dudley MBC, Investin PLC, Litein Estates and Orbit Property Management. Recent Lettings include the Zipyard in Central Birmingham, Roma Café and Lounge in Gracechurch Shopping Centre, and both Karak Chaii and Heavenly Desserts in Bedford. I am also involved with QFM Group, One Stop and Be.EV on acquisitions across the West Midlands.

I am not picky when it comes to watching sport, whatever is on I’ll happily watch for hours. I like to try and stay active with the gym being a part of my daily routine and always enjoy playing any sport with mates. When time and money allow, I love to travel and am always looking forward to the next trip.
