Lucy Easeman

I joined FHP in September 2021, having recently relocated with my family from London. The company’s reputation is second to none and so I’m very happy to have joined the team as a Property Management Surveyor. Prior to FHP, I was at CLS Holding plc for almost 9 years, of which the last 7 years were as a Property Manager. In March 2020, I was very proud to achieve a MSc in Real Estate with Distinction from the University College of Estate Management. I look forward to the new experiences and range of challenges that lie ahead of me.

My role covers a wide range of tasks, including the preparation and management of service charge budgets, building, and maintaining client and tenant relationships, property inspections, and liaising with the facilities team to ensure the buildings are operating smoothly.

 

 

In my spare time when I’m not running around after my two young children, I love to get out in the countryside for a long walk, cooking, going to see live music and to travel when I can.
