In July 2023 I joined FHP’s Derby Office where I work on industrial, office and retail instructions across the region. I am currently in my second year of a Degree Apprenticeship in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University, intending to graduate and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. FHP will provide me with hands-on experience that will benefit my learning and development in my career in property.

Current Role

  • I work across Derbyshire and the East Midlands focussing on Office, Industrial and Retail lettings and sales
  • Sole letting agent on Amber Business Centre, Riddings which comprises circa 400,000 ft²
  • Assisting with valuations and landlord & tenant work to improve my knowledge

Interests

I love playing sports, from golf on a Saturday morning to 5 a-side football on a Tuesday night. Leicester City will always be a big part of my life, and I’ll never forget the day I saw us lift the Premier League Trophy.
