At FHP we are Chartered Surveyors, and we specialise in the operational, financial, and legal aspects of the surveying profession. With an intimate knowledge of rental and capital values, our Chartered Surveyors are extremely market-aware and experienced in negotiating the purchase price of a property or rented value paid under a lease. 

Services our Chartered Surveyors do not provide include the surveying of land, boundary dispute resolution, or structural surveys.

Alongside our expert Chartered Surveyors, we have an extensive Property Management Department who supervise buildings. In this department, we collect rents and administrative charges. This team also ensures all health and safety regulations and statutory legislation affecting the property is adhered to.
