RETAIL & LEISURE

Cornbow Shopping Centre, Halesowen

OVERVIEW

The Cornbow Shopping Centre was initially developed in the 1960s as part of a vast redevelopment of the town centre and as a result, the centre now dominates the area and has subsequently been redeveloped and covered to provide a modern retail environment. Tenants include a 73,000ft² Asda as the anchor tenant Poundland, B&M, The Works, Heron Foods, Savers, Greggs, Holland and Barrett, Specsavers, and Costa Coffee.

The centre provides approximately 126,490ft² of retail space. The majority of the centre’s 52 retail units are located within the covered Hagley Mall section of the centre. Hagley Mall provides the best retail accommodation in Halesowen and features the atrium which is a focal point of the town centre.

The Cornbow centre and Asda store have a multi-storey car park which provides direct easy access into the shopping centre. With 600 spaces and a great layout with disabled access, you are sure to find a spot. Parking is free for the first 3 hours and an ANPR system is in place to control this.

The centre provides an annual footfall of 8 million visitors per annum.
