Baileys Square, Clay Cross

OVERVIEW

Baileys Square is a new development in the centre of Clay Cross, which will provide 16 leisure units set in the newly created Town Square.

Clay Cross is a thriving North East Derbyshire town with a population of 10,000 residents, with a catchment population of 32,000 within a 10 minute drive time.

The Town has experienced significant growth and regeneration investment in the past ten years, providing a perfect blend of historic streetscape and new developments. There is considerable residential growth in Clay Cross with house builders on site and with future allocated development of 2,000 homes. Clay Cross is well connected, close to the M1 and with aspirations in place for a dedicated rail station.
