FHP’s Retail and Leisure team are pleased to announce the investment sale of 16-18 High Street in Uttoxeter. The sale was subject to an occupational lease to WH Smith, who committed to a new 5-year term in March 2023. The property is situated on the pedestrianised section of the high street, in the prime retailing pitch of Uttoxeter. WH Smith occupy the whole unit, arranged over ground and first floors, totalling approximately 5,620 sq ft.

After interest from a variety of investors, we found a suitable purchaser and were able to conclude the matter swiftly.”
