Following recent success, WEX are on a rapid UK expansion plan with Nottingham becoming their 14th store.
Ellis Cullen comments:
“WEX Photo and Video will make an excellent addition to Carrington Street and compliment the other new tenants FHP have positioned directly opposite. The southside of Nottingham City Centre is proving to be increasingly popular and the former Superdrug unit was ideal for WEX given it is prominent frontage. Being in such close proximity to Nottingham Train Station and Broadmarsh Bus Station and Car Park provides the much desired footfall many tenants look for.”
Jamie Simms of Bildurn comments:
We’re excited to welcome WEX to our parade on Carrington Street, they’re offering something different to the retail scene and we’re looking forward to seeing them open. Many thanks to Ellis and the FHP Retail and Leisure team for getting this over the line.”
FHP acted on behalf of Bildurn to secure WEX Photo and Video on a long term lease, WEX Photo and Video were represented by Stuart Williams at Carter Jonas.
