WAREHOUSE UNDER OFFER AFTER SECOND VIEWING IN POPULAR GLAISDALE ESTATE

On behalf of retaining clients, FHP secured an offer from local business, Sprite Labels, for Unit 2 Hall View Drive in the Glaisdale Industrial Estate, after only the second viewing following market launch.

It’s another success story for a local business; the letting marks an expansion for the label production company, in addition to their existing warehousing already at Glaisdale. Warehouses within this size bracket don’t often become available in the locality, and being of such high quality following the recent full refurbishment, this warehouse was snapped up quickly meaning Sprite Labels could expand whilst remaining in the same location.

The shortage of stock in the area and fast letting time illustrates the popularity of the estate, and it owes a lot to its location, situated in close proximity to Nottingham and with excellent links being in between Junction 25 and 26 of the M1 Motorway.

In addition, the prominent 5,698ft² warehouse benefits from a large loading yard and incorporates two storey offices which also underwent a full refurbishment. The new tenants moved in as soon as all works were complete
