Spring is in the air and there is a flurry of activity in the industrial market in Derby. Following hot on the heels of the letting of Unit 7 at Prime Industrial Park, terms have been agreed for a letting of Unit 1 which is approximately 5,800ft² and also Unit 3 which is a modern warehouse/workshop unit of 6,169ft².
There is only one unit remaining available, being Unit 8 which is situated off Shaftesbury Street and extends to some 8,176ft², available on a flexible basis, either short or long term and is particularly suitable for overflow storage or light production.
