With New Basford continuing to be a popular choice for industrial operators in the region, FHP agreed a swift deal for 11 Rawson Street, a quality warehouse in the area, after bringing it to market.
Naturally Scientific Technologies have agreed a 10 year term incorporating a 5 year break, to support and expand their operations in the Nottingham area. The deal on the 6,817 sq ft detached warehouse gives them stronger connectivity into Nottingham, being located in between the City Centre and the M1 Motorway, and just minutes from the inner ring road.
