Acting on behalf of clients, Regentsmead, FHP Property Consultants have recently concluded the sale of the offices at 8 Castle Quay comprising a detached self-contained office building in Nottingham City Centre.  The premises have been acquired by Unite the Union for a new regional base.

Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants who acted on behalf of the vendors commented:

“This property unsurprisingly gathered excellent levels of interest and after just four weeks of marketing, we brought the process to a sealed bids process.  This, among some other recent transactions, highlights the lack of freehold options in the city centre and as such we are seeing an improvement in capital values driven by increased occupier demand and scarcity of supply.

I am sure the property will serve as an excellent premises for Unite the Union given the buildings profile, being located just off Castle Boulevard, which is a highly accessible location for the members”.
