FHP, acting on behalf of private landlords, have let Units 3-4 at One Fletcher Gate, on the edge of the Lace Market in Nottingham, to Element, a specialist outdoor retailer.

Element, who trade from a number of outlets throughout Europe, sell brands such as Billabong, Quiksilver and The North Face.

The property, which provides 5,504 sq ft, of accommodation and has a substantial frontage to Weekday Cross, is directly opposite Tesco and Dwell and close to Sainsbury’s.

The tenant will be paying a rent of £130,000 per annum – £23.63/sq ft overall.

David Hargreaves of FHP acted on behalf of the landlord with Jonathan Brown of Norton Brown of Warwick acting for the tenant.

FHP and Norton Brown are now retained to dispose of the lease of Element’s former unit at Pelham Street.
