A further two lettings have now been completed at the popular Ecclesbourne Park Industrial Estate by FHP Property Consultants, acting in conjunction with joint agents CPP.

Unit 9 is a mid terrace unit which had undertaken a programme of refurbishment following vacation by the previous tenant, and extends to 6,380ft². This has been let to Sylmar as part of their expansion.

Sylmar are located nearby on the Cotes Park Estate and supply high quality solid surface products for commercial and domestic use.
