Chris Proctor of FHP Property Consultants has recently completed the lettings of E1 & E2 Southglade Business Park to FES FM Limited and Unit 2 Coppice House, Carlton to Aventus Group Limited.
Both properties are hybrid style units comprising of ground floor storage and first floor offices totalling 3,857ft² and 7,014ft² respectively.
