TRENTSIDE FIXINGS SPREAD THEIR WINGS AT FINCH CLOSE

Acting on behalf of CGIS, a Marcol Company, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has completed the letting of Units 2 & 3, Finch Close, Nottingham to expanding company, Trentside Fixings.

Occupying a prime position just off Lenton Lane, Trentside Fixings have expanded into an adjoining unit to their previous space at Finch Close, doubling their floor area as their business goes from strength to strength.

A 10 year lease was agreed as Trentside Fixings continue to expand.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP dealt with the new letting and re-gear on behalf of the landlords and commented:

“All deals are good but this was a particularly satisfying transaction as I have dealt with Trentside Fixings for many years.  Indeed over 20 years ago now I let them their very first building in Nottingham and it is a pleasure to see their continued growth and expansion built on an excellent business and their hard work.

This deal suits all parties and my clients are delighted to secure a good quality local covenant on a 10 year lease for the two units.

With stock levels running low, and enquiries still being received on a regular basis, hopefully further deals will be completed in the area in the future.”
