Transform Trust land new offices premises at Castlebridge

Transform Trust is a multi-academy trust formed in 2013. The office re-location has been necessary following recent growth, and has facilitated Transform to be based under one roof at Unit 11 Castlebridge.

The offices accommodate 2,400 sq. ft. over two floors of newly refurbished high-quality space. Transform Trust now join a wealth of tenants at Castlebridge Office Village, which includes Specsavers, Avery Dennison, Sumo Digital, Fat Free Media and more. The office village now has just two units left available in the highly successful refurbishment scheme.

Steve Cox Chief Finance Officer of Transform Trust commented:-

“We have been very demanding seeking new value for money premises which could serve a range of purposes to support children in our schools across Nottingham & Derby. We have sought a central location, well served by public transport and road, and sufficient usable space for both office and conferencing needs. This deal is further evidence that speculative refurbishments from Landlords are producing good level rents and high-quality tenants. We now have just 2 units left on Castlebridge Office Village of 1,572ft² & 2,185ft² and aim to have these under offer by October of this year.”
