TRADE COUNTER LET – MORE SPACE NEEDED!

In a deal agreed by Chris Proctor and Tim Gilbertson of FHP and their joint agent Abbey Thomas at 3PL Real Estate, excellent trade counter premises in Alfreton have now been let to Toolstation to facilitate their continuing success and expansion in the area.

“We have completed a number of trade counter deals recently throughout the East Midlands, in what is a really strong and booming sector with ongoing demand from both national and local occupiers.

This latest deal was concluded very swiftly and brings a high calibre covenant to the site to augment those occupiers already at this destination which includes Eurocell and Screwfix.

We wish Toolstation well in this new location.

Trade counter demand continues to soar and we know of a number of requirements which remain unsatisfied throughout the East Midlands and if any landlords or vendors are looking at selling or renting out trade counter space then I would be delighted to hear from them to help occupiers who are frustrated in their desire to find appropriate trade counter space.
