Within two months of winning this instruction we have managed to let all three vacant units on the estate, experiencing great amounts of interest. The units were all presented excellently, priced competitively and offered on flexible terms which is the major reason why we saw such great success. Another contributing factor was the sheer lack of supply of small industrial units on the market, especially units south of the river Trent.

This large industrial premises is made up of a steel portal frame and incorporates many different sized units internally, with excellent parking provisions and has the specification internally to cater for most industrial occupiers needs.
