Warwick, Wellingborough and Wickersley are the latest acquisitions for Cardzone Ltd t/a Paper Kisses as their expansion programme continues in the run up to Christmas.

The acquisitions at Wellingborough and Wickersley near Rotherham were acquired on new 10 year leases at rentals of £27,000 per annum and £20,000 per annum respectively together with incentives.

Warwick was an acquisition of an existing business in the town with the lease being assigned from the existing tenant at a current rent passing of £17,000 per annum.

Mark Bradley, who acted for Cardzone, commented:-

“These 3 acquisitions bring the total number of branches to 35 with further properties currently in solicitors hands and an ongoing expansion programme into 2011.  A small number of branches are currently occupied on short term licenses to test the trading location prior to a potential conversation to a permanent lease in the New Year.

 

Cardzone continue to show steady profit growth through a gradual programme of strategically located acquisitions providing a strong regional multiple covenant for potential landlords.”
