Acting on behalf of Si-Si investments, Tim Gilbertson, Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has recently concluded the letting of ground floor office accommodation at Phoenix House in Mansfield.  The deal secured sees the retention of W S Atkins in the premises for the foreseeable future, providing them with high quality Grade A office space on the fringe of Mansfield. 

As a result of the transaction, the first floor offices are now available to rent, offering prime space with the benefit of a specification including raised floors and air conditioning throughout together with extensive on-site parking.
