THE FIRST OF TRUST INN DISPOSALS HAS OCCURRED WITH THE FREEHOLD SALE OF THE MASON ARMS, RETFORD

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have agreed the sale of the freehold interest in the former Mason Arms Public House in Retford on behalf of Trust Inns Limited. 

The property was a former public house with an additional car park, the total size of the plot extends to 0.457 acres.

The property was sold for £190,000 to Joe Clayton, a local developer.

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor was given the Trust Inn disposals in early 2009, many of them posing an excellent redevelopment opportunity.

The Masons Arms was the most popular property of the disposals, generating a lot of interest.
