Acting on behalf of Family Care, FHP are delighted to announce the letting of 2 Pelham Court in Sherwood to the Nottingham Women’s Counselling Service (NWCS).

Unit 2, Pelham Court is situated on Pelham Road in the Sherwood area of Nottingham and provides 2,211ft² of office accommodation over three floors with own front door access and seven on-site car parking spaces. 

NWCS who provide person centred counselling and support have been in the area since 1991.  They now have 18 volunteers and have expanded their services into this building. 

Jackie Worthington of Family Care commented:

“The building was previously occupied by Family Care prior to our expansion and we are very pleased that the offices are now being occupied by another local charity.”

Mark Tomlinson, surveyor at FHP added:

“I am delighted that we have achieved this letting within a relatively short period of time.  This is a testament to the flexibility and open mindedness of the landlord in order to try to meet the tenant’s needs in this challenging market place.”
