Derbyshire based developers PMW Property are pleased to confirm completion of their stunning Optimum Business Park development at Swadlincote. After purchasing the land set off William Nadin Way together with a substantial office park, our clients initial focus was on the disposal of the available offices. The office park was taken from merely two occupiers under the former owners through to full occupation within a matter of months by PMW and their agents Tim Gilbertson of FHP and Phil Randle of Salloway.
