Frustrated by a slow internet connection? Super fast fibre optic broadband has been installed at Laurie House providing an excellent connection to serve all requirements that may be needed in the building. This has helped secure Citibase as the first tenant who have taken the 4^th floor providing a brand new serviced office centre in the City. Laurie House can now offer accommodation from one desk upwards to a total of nearly 30,000 ft². Citibase are now the largest independent operator in the sector providing fully serviced business centres for cost conscious SME’s.

James Richards from owners of the building, Clowes Developments says, “we have invested a very significant sum in refurbishing and upgrading the property including the fibre optic broadband connection, feature illuminated frontage, Italian stone cladding and internal fit-out”.
