FHP have now been instructed to bring to the market a superb self contained production/distribution facility on Sherwood Park, J27, M1.

The late 1990s constructed premises of Autofil are available as a consequence of Autofil’s proposals to relocate to the a new premises.

John Proctor at FHP confirmed:-

“It is very rare to find in the current market a unit of this quality brought to the market. The property provides a high quality production unit which has being occupied by Autofil since it was constructed.

The construction allows for the property to be equally used and maintained as a production unit and the unit is highly specified or it can equally be used as a distribution unit.”

Autofil will also consider shorter term leases as they free up space within the property prior to relocation.
