Acting on behalf of The Trustees of Mrs Frances Blane Settlement, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has secured the letting of 18 Southchurch Drive, Clifton to Rachel Messom trading as Flowers by Rachel.

The new tenant has taken the former Hollywood Movie Store on a 5 year lease at a commencing rent of £8,000 per annum.
