FHP Property Consultants are delighted to have completed the sale of Units D & E Kingsway Industrial Park, Derby. Handled by Darran Severn of FHP, the sale sees just over 15,500 ft2 of space sold.

“Demand has undoubtedly reduced slightly over the last few months, but it feels very much that any parties who are in the market now are seriously determined to acquire space. There is still a limited supply of good quality freehold opportunities across the region and, as a result, we were able to put this property under offer within a couple of weeks of initial marketing. Capital values remain strong and this is evident in this transaction where we achieved a sale price close to £75 per sq. ft, which is high for second hand kit in this size range. I believe we could have sold this property several times within a relatively short time frame.
The property has been sold to a locally based company who have been seeking additional space for some time. I’m currently speaking with several parties who missed out on this opportunity and I would be pleased to discuss any opportunities that may be coming to the market soon.”
The property was sold on behalf of David Hardaker’s company, H22 Limited.
