FHP acting on behalf of the Roman Catholic Diocesan Trustees have successfully sold the former Saint Bernadette’s Catholic Chapel on Sneinton Dale.

This property comprising part of a former school complex has been used for religious and community purposes since the early 1980s.

Phil Daniels commented:

“Whilst this was an unusual property, when we first inspected it we were sure that it would receive interest in the market from other religious and community groups and we undertook a number of viewings with purchasers in this category.

The property was subsequently sold to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK for community and religious purposes”.

Father Joe Wheat commented:

“We are very pleased that FHP were able to secure a purchase of this property so promptly. Furthermore, they obtained a price well in excess of our original expectations and we are very pleased with the outcome”.
