FHP are delighted to announce the successful completion of additional lettings at Headstocks Industrial Park, with two more units currently under offer and nearing completion. Headstocks is a newly developed scheme in Watnall, featuring 22 high-quality industrial/warehouse units. The Park offers excellent access to J26, of the M1 Motorway and is approximately 6 miles northwest of Central Nottingham, with nearby transport links. The locality of the units to the M1 Motorway is a key drive for industrial occupiers on-site, as well as a crucial attraction for potential new tenants.

Headstocks Industrial Park ranges in sizes available from as small as 2,500ft² to 30,000ft² all featuring high-quality finishes, WC facilities and well-fitted kitchens equipped with hot water taps – ideal for tea and coffee enthusiasts! Proving to be a successful site, we have now secured 11 lettings with a further 3 under offer leaving only two 15,000ft² and several 3,500ft² units remaining. The site benefits from a diverse range of occupiers on the estate including Oshino Lamps UK, Park Safe Ltd, Simcas Composites, CC Signs, Precision Engineering amongst others.
