Following a string of freehold deals at Poplars Court, a popular scheme of small self-contained office units just off the ring road at the edge of Nottingham City Centre on the line of the Phase 2 of the tram of the tram. Full occupancy has now been achieved at Poplars Court.

“I am delighted that we have finally achieved 100% occupancy rate at Poplars Court, this is a trend which we are seeing throughout Nottingham’s office market over the last quarter of this year with only a handful of options available at Phoenix Business Park, Nottingham Business Park and NG2 Business Park, among others. We are now in a phase of the market where supply is becoming increasingly restricted with new development of business park offices a long way off, with the last development of offices being well prior to the recession. This squeeze on supply is resulting in a hardening of terms being offered to tenants and a real lack of options from occupiers with freehold requirements in particular.
