On behalf of private clients, Chris Proctor of FHP Property Consultants is pleased to confirm the sale of Spring Road, Ibstock, Leicester.  The property generated a large amount of interest with 19 viewings and 7 offers received on the property.  The quoting price was vastly exceeded, with the purchaser being Tyrefix UK Limited, a local business represented by Alex Reid of Mather Jamie.
