FHP are delighted to announce the letting of 9 East Circus Street to the Nottingham Yamaha Music School on a new 10 year lease.  The property comprises an attractive period office building set over four floors in this much sought after location, being located just a stones throw away from the Playhouse Theatre and the Cast café and bar.

Nottingham Yamaha Music School provides piano, keyboard and guitar tuition for children from the age of 3 right up to adults and currently have just under 300 pupils per week in attendance of their classes.  Their teaching methods have been developed and approved by Yamaha since 1954 and they have been based in Nottingham for the last 25 years, being 1 of only 3 approved Yamaha Music Schools in the UK.
