FHP’s Commercial Property management team are pleased to be appointed by Speeds (Burton) Ltd to provide full property and facilities management services across their wide varying portfolio consisting of motor trade sites, pubs, retail and multi-let offices. Services will include rent collection, budgeting and management of service charges and tenant liaison.
