FHP are pleased to confirm that a deal has completed between their client and EHL Solicitors on the letting of 8 Forest Road, Loughborough. The property comprised a semi-detached self-contained two storey period office building across cellular accommodation with excellent car parking facilities to the rear of the property. 8 Forest Road was located in a prominent position fronting Forest Road, just south of Loughborough town centre that was well served by a plethora of amenities and transport links.

It generated a good level of enquiries from the commencement of the marketing, given the lack of available stock within Loughborough and we secured a high level of viewings on the property. Alongside receiving a number of offers on the property in which our clients were delighted with.
