Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been appointed by Wilson Bowden Developments to manage their development on the former Dema Glass Factory site in Chesterfield on behalf of the Management Company.
The site sits alongside the A61 Chesterfield ring road and is of significant development value enabling further regeneration of the area. Phase 1 has consisted of a new Tesco Superstore, KFC, and from the start of the 2010/2011 football season will be the new home of Chesterfield Football Club. Phase 2 will see the remaining plot developed out.
David Powell, a surveyor in the property management department commented that “Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to be instructed by Wilson Bowden Developments on such a prominent site, and we look forward to working with all involved to ensure the site is maintained to the high quality it has been developed in.”
