FHP SECURE LETTING TO ‘SHOUT’ CLOTHING FOR COALVILLE’S BELVOIR SHOPPING CENTRE

After FHP’s successful marketing on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle for the Belvoir Shopping Centre, Coalville, ‘Shout’ clothing store have signed a lease for unit 55 of the centre.

The womenswear retailer, as part of Notts Retail Ltd, has signed a 12 month lease for the 1,900ft² unit, locating them alongside other retailers within Coalville’s central shopping centre, such as Dorothy Perkins and New Look.

Jack Shakespeare, who sourced the tenants, comments:

“Our instruction from Columbia Threadneedle encompasses a variety of retail units for this shopping centre and we believe that their new tenants will greatly benefit from the central location, whilst the requirements of their business will match the size of this unit. I’m pleased that we managed to conclude terms efficiently, making it an easy transition for both parties.”

With new shopping trends geared towards an experience that blends both retail and leisure, the location within Belvoir shopping centre will be an asset to new tenants.
