FHP’s Birmingham office has been busy agreeing several new lease renewals across the region, sparking a sense of optimism amongst their landlord clients.

FHP have recently agreed new lease terms with Savers in Acocks Green, Clarks shoes in Bangor and Loughborough, and Santander and British Heart Foundation in Coventry.
