Sea Otter House, StaverleyFHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce the sale of modern industrial premises in Staveley.  The property, known as Sea Otter House, has been sold to AWI, a family of complementary British companies leading in the design, manufacturing, installation and servicing of load sale, weighting systems and traffic monitoring systems.  The company previously had premises on the Sheep Bridge Lane in Chesterfield and the acquisition heralds an expansion for the company.

The property extends to some 9,559 ft² of modern production space and sits on a large site.  It is located on the Ireland Industrial Estate in Staveley, having good access to junction 29a of the M1 Motorway.
