SCRIVENS OPTICIANS TO RELOCATE IN NEWARK

Alan Pearson, Associate Director of FHP Property Consultants, has let Unit 12 St Marks Place Shopping Centre to Scrivens Opticians and The Hearing Company.  Scrivens Opticians and The Hearing Company will be relocating from their current accommodation in The Arcade which they have outgrown to open a new flagship optical and hearing aid centre. 

The unit occupies a prominent permanent position opposite Wilkinson, at the junction with Clinton Arms Courtyard, which leads to the Market Place.

Scrivens Opticians have taken a new five year lease on 768 ft² of accommodation.
