Sale sparks repurposing of investment portfolio

FHP are pleased to confirm the sale of a High Street retail property which has contributed to a number of lease renewals and regears of other existing assets, to prompt a change in strategy going forward.

FHP have been tasked with realigning the investment portfolio, considering all asset classes.

Doug Tweedie commented “We’ve taken an holistic view of all assets owned and have a strategy going forward. This will include repositioning for the right asset,  but pricing will be key”
