FHP are pleased to report the sale of 29 Queens Road in Nuneaton.

Comprising a ground floor retail unit with first floor accommodation, currently used as ancillary storage, but potentially suitable for residential conversion. Having achieved a price in excess of 20% of the guide price, and having received over twelve offers for the property we were particularly pleased with the outcome, as was the private vendor, the client we represented.

Doug Tweedie, Head of FHP’s Birmingham office, who conducted the sale, commented:

‘’We are seeing huge amount of interest for freehold town centre and neighbourhood retail premises, particularly those that are sensibly priced, and are vacant, offering the opportunity to refurbish and in some cases re-purpose the upper parts. With this and another recent sale we have been involved with for the same client, it is interesting to see the broad range of bidders and the level of interest generated.’’
