Following a comprehensive marketing campaign by FHP Property Consultants, the sale of the commercial premises and yard at Heanor Road Loscoe in Derbyshire has now completed. Comprising a former maintenance depot, the premises include offices and staff facilities of some 3,933 sq ft situated on a very large yard and occupying a prominent position on Heanor Road.

The premises have been purchased by Rollstore, as part of their expansion. Rollstore are situated on the Heanor Gate Industrial Estate and are a leading supplier of materials handling equipment to a growing number of high profile customers serving both the local and European markets. Russ Brown of Rollstore comments:

“Our existing facility was overflowing at the seams and we wanted to buy premises in the nearby area to accommodate our expansion. This property gives us the option of adding additional buildings in the future”.
