A picture tells a thousand words and certainly this is true given the redevelopment our clients, CWC Group, are undertaking on prime trade counter space at Newmarket Court just off Ascot Drive, Derby.
Three trade counter units are being created, with two already ‘under offer’ to household name occupiers. The third unit remains available as Tim Gilbertson of FHP who is marketing the scheme commented:

As the picture shows our clients are racing on with the refurbishment and redevelopment of the site and therefore the final unit left, which extends to 2,815ft² will hopefully be snapped up soon as well, particularly as it benefits from its own large car park and again prominence to Ascot Drive.
