Works are well underway at Davy House as our clients have pushed the button on the substantial refurbishment of their 6,500 sq ft detached office building close to Junction 26 of the M1 motorway on the established Phoenix Business Park which benefits from excellent car parking, being located outside of the Workplace Parking Levy and a 1 minute walk from the park and ride and tram terminus.
