The first half of 2024 has been a busy period in Sherwood House as FHP Property Consultants have completed five office lettings to a variety of occupiers. The property offers serviced office accommodation on flexible terms with ample parking. Situated on Gregory Boulevard, Sherwood House benefits from excellent transport links via bus and tram connections. With further office suites currently under offer, we are expecting the successful completions to continue into the second half of 2024.
As we are halfway through the year, the office sector remains challenging in part. However, there has been a good level of deals done in the small office market and we continue to deal with a number of good-quality enquiries to take forward.
